Have you ever found yourself
in a situation where you just cannot, for whatever reason, say something you
want to say when you want to say it? Maybe you’re in an argument with someone
who just won’t listen. Maybe you’re being accused of something you haven’t
done, maybe someone is being mean to you and you don’t have the words or the courage
to stand up for yourself. Maybe you’re being told how you feel…there are lots
of reasons we find ourselves in these situations. We’ve all been in them.
These instances cause
unfinished conversations between you and the person with whom you’re talking
(or not talking). And after awhile, these unfinished conversations will begin
to weigh you down.
Finishing Conversations is a
tool that will teach you how to, well, finish these conversations in a way that
is non-threatening and healing. While you DO have to say the things you need to
say, you do NOT have to do it in a way that is destructive to yourself or to
anyone else.
