I’ve heard it said that we
often hurt the ones we love. What a sad reality. When I asked a group of moms
to list three of their biggest problems in motherhood, overwhelmingly I heard
that we struggle with being patient and controlling our negative emotions.
Motherhood is not for the faint of heart! Sometimes it takes everything out of
us and when that happens, the smallest thing can turn into Mom transforming
into a screaming lunatic. (Please say it’s not just me!)
The good news is, it doesn’t
have to be that way. You DON’T have to hurt the ones you love to vent your
emotions. You don’t have unload on a friend or—even worse—your sweet
family. I’ll show you how with a Field
Trip.
Come with me and let me show
you what you can do to SAFELY dump every frustration that is pulling at your
heart and your mind. And then I’ll
show you what to do to fill that empty space with direction, clarity and
love. Put this tool in your Mommy
Toolbox. Teach your children what to do with those strong emotions they have in
their little bodies.
Let’s take a Field Trip.
